| Since there are only 30 rooms, with space
for two or three persons per room, you need to email
in your request as soon as possible. First
come, first served. Only these 30 rooms
have been allocated to us. You need to pay for
the room for the three nights of
the conference, Friday through Sunday and will
be able to stay afterward by noting this on the
form below and paying for the extra days during
the conference to the dorm's manager.
The rate after the
conference may be even lower.
Dorm rooms are not
available before Friday, June 22.

All these rooms
have facilities ensuite (that is, they have
their own toilets & showers) and are very
attractive for dorm rooms, but they are just
dorm rooms. Because only a limited number of
these rooms are available, to ensure that our
delegates were able to stay here, we reserved and
paid for all of them. They are offered only as
shared rooms with at least two in a room.
